Enrolment page, online sign-ups and trial-class bookings

Kebao gives every tutor a dedicated public enrolment page listing open courses, prices and live remaining places. Parents can sign up or book a trial class online, and enquiries go straight to your dashboard. Each page comes with a share image and QR code for social media, LINE groups or flyers.

  • Pro / Workshop / Studio plans
  • Live remaining places
  • Share image and QR code
  • Anti-spam verification

What's on the enrolment page?

  • Your name or your centre's name, a one-line tagline, an introduction and photos.
  • Courses open for enrolment: number of lessons, price, class times and remaining places per session.
  • Trial-class slots and an "Add on LINE" button.

How do parents sign up or book a trial class?

Parents enter the student's name and grade, how to address the parent, and a phone number to sign up or book a trial class, with no account needed. The form has bot protection and submission rate limits to cut down on spam.

What happens after someone signs up?

  • The enquiry appears on the Leads page in your dashboard, where you can track contact status.
  • Once they decide to start, convert them to a student in one tap and a LINE linking invite is sent.
  • Sign-up details are deleted automatically after 365 days, or earlier if you delete them.

How do I share the enrolment page?

Every enrolment page has an auto-generated preview image (showing courses and remaining places) and a downloadable QR code, ready to post on Facebook, Instagram or LINE groups, or to print on flyers.

FAQ

Is the enrolment page an extra cost?

It's included in the Pro, Workshop and Studio plans. The Free plan (up to 3 students) doesn't include a public enrolment page.

Does every course appear on the enrolment page?

No. You choose which courses are public, and for each one whether trial classes are offered, the trial fee and the number of places.

Can I customise the URL?

Yes. Pick an alphanumeric handle in Settings.
