Who it’s for

For tutoring centres: class sign-up, reconciliation and enrolment in one place

Kebao lets a tutoring centre set up class sessions for parents to choose on LINE, with place holds and waitlist offers handled by the system. Finance staff reconcile bank transfers, a public enrolment page takes sign-ups and trial bookings, and tuition goes straight into the centre's own account.

  • Automatic waitlist offers
  • Finance sub-accounts (Studio)
  • The platform never handles tuition

Common management headaches for tutoring centres

  • Popular classes have limited places, and who signed up first and who is waiting is tracked by hand.
  • Every bank transfer has to be matched against the statement, and it's often unclear which student it belongs to.
  • Each teacher explains the leave and make-up rules differently.
  • Enrolment information is spread across Facebook, flyers and LINE groups, with no single list of sign-ups.

How does Kebao connect enrolment to teaching?

  1. Enrolment

Your public enrolment page lists open courses with live remaining places; parents sign up or book a trial class online.

  2. Convert to student

Once they decide to start, convert them to a student in one tap and the system generates class sign-up and LINE linking links.

  3. Class sign-up and payment

Parents choose a class on LINE and the place is held pending payment; full classes go to the waitlist automatically.

  4. Reconciliation

Online payments are recorded automatically; finance staff confirm bank transfers on the Reconcile page, which adds lessons and issues a receipt.

  5. Lessons and leave

The system schedules every lesson and skips national holidays, and every leave request is decided by the same rules.

Who can see what?

  • Owner: every feature and setting.
  • Teachers (Studio plan): only the sessions, one-to-one lessons, students and leave notices assigned to them; they can take attendance and open make-up slots.
  • Finance (Studio plan): access to payments, reconciliation and exports only.

LINE message volume and cost

All notices go out from the centre's own LINE Official Account, and the centre pays messaging fees directly to LINE. With more students, proactive pushes (class reminders, renewal notices) may exceed LINE's free plan of 200 messages a month and need a paid LINE plan; see LINE's published pricing. Kebao shows your monthly usage in the dashboard.

Which plan suits a tutoring centre?

Centres with several teachers, or that need finance staff to share the work, should choose Studio (US$39 a month, or US$398 a year), which includes everything in Pro. Studio lets you assign sessions and one-to-one lessons to different teachers; each teacher signs in to see only their own timetable and students, and you can assign a substitute for a single lesson. For small classes taught only by the owner, the Workshop plan (US$19 a month, or US$194 a year) includes group classes, waitlists, online payments and the enrolment page; Pro is for one-to-one courses only.

FAQ

Does Kebao handle tutoring-centre registration?

No. Registering a tutoring centre is the operator's responsibility under the law, and the payment receipts the system issues are not government uniform invoices.

Can I have multiple locations?

Yes. Studio covers one site (your head office); each extra branch is US$19 a month (US$194 a year), up to 4 branches, with more on request. Each branch connects its own LINE Official Account, payments and enrolment page, the owner switches between them with one sign-in, and the head office pays for all of them.

Can finance staff see students' leave records?

No. Finance members can only access payments, reconciliation and exports.
